• Phone number (optional): If you choose to enable SMS reminders, we collect your US mobile phone number. Providing a phone number is not required to use the app.
• Subscription data: Billing information is processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
• Usage data: App activity and check-in streaks to personalize your experience.

3. SMS Phone Number — How We Use It

Your phone number is used only to send you SMS reminders for your daily check-in, consistent with the purpose for which you provided it.

• ✓ We will only send you messages you've opted into receiving.
• ✓ Your phone number is never sold to third parties.
• ✓ Your phone number is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• ✓ No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
• ✓ You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by updating your SMS settings inside the app.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and improve app features; send you check-in reminders you've requested; process subscription payments; and communicate important updates about the app. We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Your check-in data is stored securely and is accessible only to you. We will never share your wellness check-in content with anyone without your explicit consent.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us atinfo@ucanwithstand.com. You may also opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or updating your Settings in the app.

7. Children's Privacy

Hey Sis, Check In is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
